Review Notes

Whilst some Skal owners are happy to leave the management of their property entirely in the hands of their elected representatives I am lead to believe that an increasing number of owners wish to have have an improved knowledge of how their property is being managed and to be able to make an input into the formulation of plans. I hope that the notes below prove useful. I would also welcome feedback from owners.
